How much will I pay for shipping and delivery?

The shipping and delivery charges will be displayed in your final order summary, before you proceed to payment.

When will I receive my order?
On the product description page, you will be able to see the estimated delivery schedule. Most deliveries will take 5 – 7 business days for deliveries within Klang Valley, Malaysia. Actual delivery dates are dependent on our courier’s service provider schedule.

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. Once your payment and shipping details have been verified, you will then receive an email from us indicating that your order is being processed. This email will provide you with more information regarding the expected delivery schedule.

Can I choose the exact time of delivery?
Unfortunately, we cannot cater to exact delivery times. Delivery schedules are dependent on the couriers we work with.

Do you deliver everywhere in Malaysia?
Most of the products offered by can be delivered almost anywhere in Malaysia that is covered by major courier companies.

Do you deliver outside of Malaysia?
Unfortunately for now, we are only accepting orders within Malaysia. If you have a purchase request which needs to be sent out of Malaysia, please contact us via email using the contact us page.

Do you deliver to my office address?
Yes. Please provide your office address as the delivery address during the check-out process. Remember to indicate the company name in the address, otherwise our delivery partners may not be able to access the premises. Please note, once your order is placed, you cannot change the delivery address.

What happens if I am not at home when the courier is here to deliver?
If you are not at home you may ask someone else at home to take delivery of the order on your behalf. Please make sure that this person has your ID, or his/her ID, as well as dated and signed letter of authorization from you indicating that you authorize this person to take delivery on your behalf.


5 days Product Exchange Policy 
Should there be a need for a product exchange, please approach our sales/service counter at 
F101, Block F, Pusat Dagangan Phileo Damansara 1, No. 9, Jalan 16/11, Off Jalan Damansara, 46350 Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

Any items returned MUST be made in an Original / New Condition.

What should I bring along when I want an exchange?
The original receipt should be presented and should be within FIVE (5) DAYS from the date of purchase. If exchanging an item at our outlet, a valid photo ID is also required.

What if I can’t find my receipt? 
Unfortunately, we will not accept any exchange without the original receipt. We also cannot provide copies of receipts if lost or misplaced.

Can I do a multiple exchange? 
Unfortunately will only accept a one (1) time exchange from each customer.

Can I exchange a product with a higher or lower?
It is possible to exchange with any product with the same or higher value ( with the difference in amount to be paid by customer ). Unfortunately, for any lower valued product exchange, the price difference will not be refundable.

What products are not covered in this exchange policy?

Non Exchangeable Items:-

  • Labor, delivery and/or completed installation services
  • Certain prepaid packages, digital subscriptions or services
  • Items that are damaged or abused
  • Items that are missing accessories such as cords and cables
  • Etched or otherwise personalized items
  • System Failure Related items are not exchangeable.
  • Special Order product base on back to back order basis.
  • Any machine with any minor scratches even inside or outside of the body.
  • Any items with visible damage will not be covered under this exchange policy.
  • Any device/machine product which has a product key that does not match our system/original receipt or original Invoice.
  • Any cost incurred by you in bringing the item to the service desk will be borne by you. reserves the right to deny/terminate/edit/add/cancel/ reject this five (5) days exchange policy without any prior notice.
